ACESS uses in-house developed simulated exercises patterned after the Assessment Center technology to determine candidates’ strengths and weaknesses for targetted managerial positions. Depending on client needs, the assessment may employ these exercises alone or in tandem with psychological instruments. A feedback session with the client completes the service.

ACESS develops and validates selection instruments for the exclusive use of client organizations. For the Ateneo, these are the Ateneo College Entrance Test (ACET), Ateneo College of Law Aptitude Test (ACLAT), and Ateneo Professional Schools Aptitude Test (APSAT).
